Singapore-Malaysia rail link on track for 2027

Malaysia's Transport minister Anthony Loke says he is confident the timeline for completion will be met: "We are 100 per cent confident that the RTS Link project will be completed and operational by January 1, 2027," he said recently.

It is envisaged the link will carry up to 10,000 passengers per hour in each direction, with four-carriage trains every 3.6 minutes at peak times.
